The full story
A tiny haunted house with one room, and a button where the tenant goes.
A black house with a purple bricked wall, a round window and a single keycap-sized space in the middle. Drop a cap in and the house has a resident. Underneath that resident is a real mechanical switch, so pressing down on the roof does exactly what your hand wants it to do.
It is a display piece that happens to work as a fidget, which is a rarer combination than it sounds. It also happens to be the building our Halloween keycap characters live in, if you decide to collect them.
Why You'll Love It
- Ready to press out of the box: a Kailh Box clicky switch comes fitted, with a firm stop and a fast return.
- Nothing painted on: the black shell and purple brickwork are printed in two separate filaments, so the colour runs right through.
- Rotate the tenant: caps lift out and push in by hand, so the resident changes whenever you feel like it.
- Earns a spot on the shelf: it looks like a model building and still does something when you reach for it.
- The cheaper of the two houses: the single-room version if the four-slot is more building than you need.
