Stockist and group-order questions
Is there a fixed minimum?
No single minimum suits every product mix. We will confirm what is workable in your quote before you commit.
Can I mix products?
Yes. The shortlist is designed for mixing current eligible products. Availability and practical quantities are confirmed in the quote.
How quickly can an order be made?
Timing depends on the products, quantities and current studio workload. Include your required date and we will tell you what is realistic before accepting a deposit.
Can I request custom colours, packaging or branding?
You can ask. Custom work adds production and approval steps, may require different quantities and is priced separately. Some changes may also depend on the applicable design licence.
Does submitting the builder place an order?
No. It sends a quote request only. After we confirm the range, availability, timing, freight and final price with you, we’ll send an invoice or secure payment link. Nothing is charged and no order exists before you accept.
Is freight included?
Freight is calculated from the final order and delivery location. The written quote will show pricing, GST treatment and freight clearly.
Do stockists have to use a fixed retail price?
No. We may provide a recommended retail price as a guide, but independent stockists set their own resale prices.
