Product Info FAQs
All our figures are made from high-quality PLA filament - a plant-based, biodegradable plastic that prints beautifully in vibrant colours.
They’re more like collectibles or display figures. While they move and wiggle, they’re not designed for rough play or young children. Small parts can be a choking hazard, so please handle with care.
Every figure is printed to order, so there may be small surface artefacts or slight variations in finish or colour tone. That’s the charm of 3D printing - each piece is one of a kind!
Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and rough handling. PLA can warp under high temps or pressure. Display them proudly - but gently.
Customisation & Special Orders
Most product pages let you select colour options. If you have a specific combo in mind, feel free to contact us before ordering - we’ll do our best!
Yes, for small tweaks like colour changes, bulk orders, or special event packs. Reach out via our Contact page — we love creative briefs!
Absolutely. We handle small-run batches for events, classrooms, and gift packs. Get in touch for a custom quote.
Yes! Just leave a note during checkout, and we’ll leave out any pricing info. We can also include a short gift message if you’d like.
Orders & Shipping
We’re based in Melbourne, Australia. All products are printed, packed, and shipped locally.
We usually print and ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once your wiggly stuff is on the way. See our shipping policy for full details.

Refunds & Support
If we haven’t started printing yet, we’ll do our best! Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Because each figure is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something’s wrong - like a defect or damage - we’ll make it right.
Email us at support@wigglystuff.com.au with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace it or sort out a fix that works for you.

Some are limited edition or seasonal, while others come back when filament is available. Follow us on socials or join the newsletter to catch restocks.
Sometimes! We occasionally run pre-orders or limited drops. These will be clearly marked on the site with expected ship dates.
Many of our designs have satisfying tactile motion and texture, and we aim to keep things accessible and fun. If you have sensory needs or questions, get in touch - we’re always learning.
