We pack and ship every order with care, making sure your 3D-printed figurines arrive quickly, safely, and ready to wiggle into your collection.

Order Processing

  • In-stock: Ships within 3-5 business days.
  • Print-on-demand: Made to order, ships within 5-8 business days.
  • Custom requests: Timeframes vary - we’ll confirm when you order.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Options & Rates

We ship via Australia Post with tracking included.

Shipping rate update: Our shipping prices have been updated ahead of Australia Post’s 1 July 2026 annual price increase. Australia Post has announced increases of around 4.95% for domestic parcel services and a weighted average increase of 3.75% for international parcel services. Our rates also help cover the packing materials used to protect your order in transit, including boxes, padding, labels, and other fulfilment costs.

International rates are calculated at checkout based on the total packaged order weight. Delivery timeframes are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, destination handling, and service disruptions.

Delivery Details

  • Authority to Leave (Australia): Parcels may be left in a safe place unless you request a signature on delivery.
  • International deliveries: Final delivery is handled by the destination postal network. Delivery instructions and safe drop availability can vary by country and address.
  • Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees (International)

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees (if charged) are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Customs processing may add delays before local delivery begins.
  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid fees and returned to us, re-shipping costs may apply.

Tracking

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Damaged - all destinations: Contact us as soon as possible - ideally within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assess and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Lost / missing: First, check tracking updates, confirm the delivery address, and check safe places around your property and with neighbours/household members.
  • If your parcel is in Australia: You can track and lodge an enquiry with Australia Post using your tracking number via: Australia Post Tracking and their help centre.
  • If your parcel is in New Zealand: You can track it and request help via: NZ Post Tracking and NZ Post Parcel Enquiry.
  • If your parcel is in Singapore: You can track it and request help via: SingPost Tracking and their support pages.
  • If your parcel is in the United States: You can track it and request help via: USPS Tracking and their help pages.
  • If your parcel is in Canada: You can track it and request help via: Canada Post Tracking and their support pages.
  • Still not resolved? Email us and we’ll help investigate with Australia Post using your tracking details.
  • If tracking confirms your parcel has been lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund - whichever you prefer.

Returns from Incorrect Addresses

  • If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will apply.
  • Re-shipping must be paid before the order is sent again.

Delays

  • Delivery times may be affected during peak periods, public holidays, or due to events beyond our control, such as extreme weather or transport disruptions.
