Meet Selene - she does not lie, exactly. She answers a slightly different question to the one you asked.
Selene took the room at the back and nobody is entirely sure what she does in there. She reads, mostly. She got through the whole local library and has started on the section they do not lend out, which nobody has asked her about.
When something goes missing in the flat it turns up within a week, in a better place, and nobody says anything. Her tail curls up behind her like a question she has no intention of answering.
She shares the flat with Kandi, who fills every silence, and Cherry, who works nights.
